Another job for First Industrial Realty, this is one of their many building we have done work on in the PA,NJ,DE and MD area. This project consisted of 30 Dock Levelers, 30 Wayne Dalton Dock Doors and 30 Chalfant Dock Seals and took place over a 3 week period. All work was completed without the customer ever having to deal with a GC and multiple sub contractors.

Less than 2 years after moving into a brand new building Niagara Bottling decided it was time they had a few more dock positions. The project called for the 8" precast concrete walls to be cut and removed new dock pits to be cut, and formed as well as 5 new Air Bag dock levelers and doors to be installed. Niagara did not have to hire a GC or an electrician, everything was done by American Overhead Door and Dock and Peak Electric turnkey. The job was done before the customers deadline and the equipment works great.

The insulated curtains have and R-Value between 3-12 and are 100% removable and able to be relocated at any time. The power to put and insulated room anywhere in you warehouse is in our hands. Removal and disposal of the existing 34 dock doors and seals and installation of new. This job called for special roof pith track on our Wayne Dalton doors it was a great project to be on. The doors were supplied by Wayne-Dalton, Dock Equipment by McGuire and Systems Inc and Chalfant supplied us with their quality seals once again. The new tenant will be extremely happy with their new equipment.
